Since 2012 7C has successfully implemented its “Sales Excellence Program” for Volkswagen Group Sweden and specifically for VW cars, VW commercial vehicles, Skoda and most recently for Audi. Our work with Volkswagen Group Sweden continues and, to date we have initiated the program at approximately 75 dealerships. The focus of the program is on targeting, measurement on activity level, coaching and meeting structure. Below we describe in more detail how our work with VW cars started and developed during the years leading up to 2016.
Volkswagen’s goal is to be world’s largest automaker by 2018. To achieve this goal it will not be enough to produce the world’s best cars. It also needs to have the most satisfied and most loyal customers. Since 2012, 7C has been contracted to implement a program of change to create the Swedish automotive industry’s best customer experience.
Our change coaches support local retailers across Sweden to develop customer-driven leadership, a coaching internal meeting structure and the relevant measurement and monitoring. This is to provide the best conditions possible for Volkswagen’s high-performance sales teams to exceed their customers’ expectations. We are proud that we have already helped the client to significantly increase the volume and customer satisfaction.
